To maximize administrative flexibility, we deployed an internal outpatient clinic management module, backed by a custom Mobile Application for administration. This empowers the leadership team to monitor workflows, track requests, and oversee daily clinical operations in real time from anywhere, finalized with rigorous technical testing to ensure structural stability
