Upon consulting Ibex to build an independent platform, we identified critical technical hurdles. The foremost challenge was engineering a highly secure, scalable accounting system mimicking electronic wallets, alongside designing a robust, dual-tier login system tailored for both individuals and commercial merchants.

Furthermore, we faced the challenge of integrating a strict document verification mechanism to ensure user credibility, requiring an optimized admin dashboard for efficient document review. Finally, optimizing the payment gateway integration was essential to guarantee the speed and absolute reliability of instant mobile and gaming top-ups.

We initiated the engineering process by formulating a custom strategy to stop revenue leakage. We developed a robust, encrypted digital wallet and accounting system ensuring scalable financial ledger integrity. To eliminate intermediary fees, we engineered a high-performance Web Application and a secure Mobile Application with seamless payment gateway integrations for instant mobile and gaming top-ups.

Additionally, we implemented a flexible registration matrix for both individuals and commercial merchants, backed by an optimized admin verification module for real-time identity and document checks, delivering a completely independent, secure, and stable commercial ecosystem.
